Marble Clock Version 1.0 Readme.TXT Copyright (c) Lanre Bombata 1999-2000 All Rights Reserved ======================================================================= Introduction ------------- Marble Clock is a fun clock which is designed to be 'out of the ordinary' and for people who are looking for something that bit different. It was created to find out what else I can do with Visual Basic after developing the usual business applications. As an aside, it can be used as an educational tool to teach children the concept of 60 secs = 1 minute, 60 minutes= 1 hour etc.. Marble Clock displays the time (based on the current system time on the Personal Computer it is running on). It denotes the time by showing one 'marble' for every passing second, then transfering a marble to the minutes jar when there are sixty marbles in the seconds jar. When the minutes jar is full (60 mins) a marble is similarly posted into the hour jar. Menu options allow the user to select an optional digital display. The marble colours can also be changed via the menu. A discrete windows indicates the number of days left before the millenium.
